helpful receptionist fantastic concierge great service peeling wallpaper moldy grout thin walls
the receptionist sofia was wonderfully helpful and very competent. concierge marco and eduardo were fantastic to me. philip in the bar was personable and provided great service (he really made my evening).
the rooms felt very outdated to me. i saw peeling wallpaper and moldy grout in the showers. the walls are super thin and i could hear everything from the rooms next to me.

i found the staff helpful and courteous. they assisted with directions and provided information about local attractions. the daily breakfast offered several options. it included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes, ensuring a satisfying start to each day.. the location near the metro station made exploring the city easy.

close station breakfast buffet
the staff helped me understand the metro system! the metro station was also very close to the hotel. I appreciate this accessibility. The breakfast buffet included many options. I found several things i liked and ate well.

noisy air conditioning dirty carpet
the gym seemed decent it had enough equipment for a basic workout
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy it made sleeping difficult i reported this to the staff but nothing changed the carpet was also not cleaned well crumbs remained throughout my visit
